Please note that purchases are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Performance cancellations & postponements

We know this is disappointing, but we are here to help. If a performance is canceled or postponed, we will contact you via the email you have on file to inform you of the cancellation and next steps.

For convenience, if a performance is canceled and not rescheduled, we will:

  • Automatically issue a Voucher valued at the purchase price of your tickets. 

  • Please note: If we do not receive a written request for a refund (less fees) within 10 days from the issuance of the Voucher, we consider the transaction complete and look forward to sending you to another performance soon.
