Please note that purchases are final sale. No refunds or exchanges permitted, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
We want to make your experience as hassle-free as possible. Some shows may be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the performance time due to covid-related concerns (no refunds). For these shows, if the performance is less than 48 hours away, we will make best efforts to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee a ticket may be exchanged, even due to extenuating circumstances.
If your order is eligible for exchange, you will receive a voucher code for 100% of the order value to be applied to a future date of your choosing. Please note:
Exchanges are subject to seat availability and prices. Your original ticket price and seat(s) may not be available for future performances.
Promotions applied on original purchases may not apply for exchanges if the promotion has changed or ended.
Exchanges are approved at the discretion of the box office.

Performance cancellations & postponements
We know this is disappointing, but we are here to help. If a performance is canceled or postponed, we will contact you via the email you have on file to inform you of exchange procedures.
For convenience, if a performance is canceled and not rescheduled, we will:
Automatically issue a Voucher valued at the purchase price of your tickets.
Please note: If we do not receive a written request for a refund (less fees) within 10 days from the issuance of the Voucher, we consider the transaction complete and look forward to sending you to another performance soon.
